"I kept noticing the same pattern every time..."
I kept noticing the same pattern every time I reached out: I’d ask a simple question, and the reply would sort of talk around it without actually answering. After a while I was trying to piece together what was going on with my order from bits and pieces, which got really frustrating. It felt like no one was reading my messages closely.

"Cute, but didn’t really look like him"
I thought the bobblehead itself was cute, and I’m not trying to be too picky or anything, but it didn’t look much like my brother. I get that it’s not supposed to be an exact portrait, but I was expecting it to be a little more recognizable.

My bobblehead showed up with almost no padding in the box, which was disappointing. The head had a chip in it and the stand was scratched up too. For the price, I really expected it to be packed way better. i’m annoyed 😕

"Decent enough, but not exactly a masterpiece"
The bobblehead showed up in good shape, and I’ll give them credit, the colors actually looked nice. The face, though, was just okay. You can tell who it’s supposed to be if you already know, which I guess is something, but it didn’t really nail the portrait the way I was hoping. It’s not bad by any means, just not impressive either. Three stars feels about right.

"Way sturdier than I thought it would be"
I ordered a custom bobblehead from bobbleheads.com, i expected it to feel kind of lightweight or novelty-ish, but it’s actually really solid. It’s been sitting on my desk next to my coffee mug and a random stack of sticky notes for a few weeks now, and the paint still looks clean and bright.
It even got knocked over once when I was reaching for my charger, and I fully expected something to chip or crack, but it was totally fine. The head still bobbles like it should, too. Overall, I’m happy with it and surprised by how good the quality is

"Showed up when expected"
It got here right when they said it would, which was a relief. I didn’t have to follow up or anything, and the tracking seemed to update normally from what I checked. I was a little nervous since it was a custom bobblehead and I wasn’t totally sure how the whole process would go, but the delivery part was super easy. Really happy with how it turned out.

"Ordering felt frustrating and made me uneasy"
I tried placing an order, but the website was a pain to use. The pages were slow, the steps were confusing, and checkout took way more effort than it should have. After I paid, I didn’t feel very confident either because the whole process just felt kind of off, so I was left wondering if everything actually went through okay

"Production time was honestly solid"
It took a little while to get made, but nothing too dramatic. When it finally showed up, everything looked good and came out just fine. Not lightning-fast or anything, but definitely not a forever wait either.

I’m a little confused because the pose came out totally different from what I expected, and the guitar was missing too. It just didn’t really match what I thought I was getting.

They has a good amount of customization options, which I liked at first. But once I actually started placing my order, a few things felt more limited than I expected. I wanted to make some small changes, and it wasn’t really easy to choose them. It still turned out fine overall, just not exactly how I pictured it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this looks in person. The detail is really good and the craftsmanship feels solid overall. I did notice a small issue with the paint, but it’s not a huge deal and doesn’t take away too much from it.

My bobblehead showed up with a small issue at first, so I emailed them thinking it was gonna be a whole long back and forth. But they reply fast and got it sorted without making it a headache. The new one look good and I’m happy with how they handled everything.

I ordered a custom bobblehead, and the first proof was close, but something about the face and hair didn’t feel totally right to me.
I asked if they could make a few changes, and they got back to me fairly quickly. It took maybe a couple of rounds, but they seemed to understand what I was trying to explain and fixed most of the things I pointed out.

The final version turned out good, and my friend liked it, so I’d say it worked out. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, I guess, but the revision process was easy enough and the support was helpful.

From my experience, the proof approval part just didn’t feel handled properly. I never felt like there was a clear approval, and to me it came across as disorganized

"Customer service was really hard to get ahold of"
Just a heads up for anyone considering them: customer service was frustrating to deal with. Replies took a long time, and when I finally did hear back, they weren’t all that helpful. I wouldn’t count on quick support if you run into an issue.

It’s a nice bobblehead overall, and at first I assumed it would feel a bit more premium for what it costs. It looks fine, but after getting it, I just don’t think it’s really worth the price.
